ESPA Chakra Balancing with Hot Stones

Chakra Balancing begins with a full body exfoliation followed by facial and scalp work before the body is massaged with ESPA aromatherapy blended oils using volcanic hot stones. The stones are carefully placed on body chakras and powerful energy centres. This balances and grounds the body, leaving you feeling totally calm, yet with a rejuvenated sense of equilibrium and energy.

ESPA Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment

This treatment, which is ideal pre and post exercise, is a therapeutic treatment, which incorporates an invigorating, deep tissue massage using various stretching techniques. It will assist the body in removing lactic acid from the muscles, which in turn will relieve stiffness, fatigue and ultimately improve mobility and flexibility. A Sports Massage is also valuable in preventing the formation and build-up of fibrous tissue/scar tissue following an injury. Ideal for an active person.
