The Balmoral Unveils A Modern Day Fairytale
One of the world's top wedding locations - Rocco Forte's The Balmoral - is celebrating its outstanding success in hosting Edinburgh's most sensational weddings, by launching "A Modern Day Fairytale".
An increasing demand for a glamorous marriage in a truly romantic setting has contributed to The Balmoral's success in attracting weddings - the landmark property enjoyed a 30 per cent rise in the average spend per wedding in 2006. The Balmoral was also named best wedding hotel and top third wedding location in the world in The Independent's Guide to the 50 Best Wedding Locations last April.
"A Modern Day Fairytale" will be unveiled at The Balmoral's exclusive Wedding Showcase on Sunday, 25 March. "A Modern Day Fairytale" encapsulates the essence of a Balmoral wedding, which includes 10 glamorous banqueting suites with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle, Michelin-starred cuisine, an award-winning Sommelier, a dedicated and professional Wedding Planner, and the utmost attention-to-detail.
