The UK's only Bollinger Bar at Rocco Forte's The Balmoral is set to make its debut at this year's Edinburgh Festival. The Bollinger Bar's resident mixologists are delighted to introduce "Festival Show Stoppers" - a tantalising collection of Summer Cocktails.
A refreshing and sophisticated twist on the classic champagne cocktail and an innovative blend of classic spirits, "Festival Show Stoppers" have been designed exclusively for The Edinburgh Festival and will be available from 5 August until 2 September 2007.
